By accessing the Site or purchasing a vehicle from Georgia Truck Depot, Inc. (“GTD”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept all Terms, do not use the Site.

1. Company Information

GTD is a licensed Georgia used-motor-vehicle dealer specializing in pre-owned commercial trucks.

2. Permitted & Prohibited Uses

​

Permitted: Browse inventory, request quotes, submit financing forms, schedule inspections.
Prohibited: Illegal activity, unauthorized access attempts, posting false or defamatory material, interfering with Site security.

3. Vehicle Sales

​

3.1 AS-IS: All trucks sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” without warranties beyond those in a signed sales agreement.
3.2 Title & Risk: Title transfers upon full payment; risk of loss passes at delivery.
3.3 Inspection: Buyers are responsible for pre-purchase inspections.

4. Pricing & Promotions

​

Prices exclude taxes, title, and tag fees unless stated. Financing offers depend on credit approval.

5. Limitation of Liability

​

GTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the vehicle.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

​

These Terms and all transactions are governed by Georgia law. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Fulton County, GA.

7. Modifications

​

We may update these Terms at any time; continued Site use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
